Where do you deliver those gorgeous bouquets of yours?
We are Sydney based and deliver to all suburbs, Sydney wide. We are currently looking at expanding to other cities.
(In fact, if you live in another city and would be interested in distributing Naked Berry products, please get in contact with us! You could be helping to bring smiles all over your city too!)
When do I need to place my order by?
Please place your order at least one day before the delivery date. The Naked Berry website is open to take your orders 24 hours and you can place your order up to midnight the previous day.
How much is delivery?
Naked Berry is now using a VIP chilled courier service. Delivery cost will vary depending on where it is to be delivered to. Delivery cost will be calculated during the checkout process.
How does delivery work?
When you place your order, you will be requested to select a delivery date. You can also nominate delivery time ranges during the checkout process - which we will try our best to meet, but is not guaranteed.
When do you deliver?
We do deliveries (Monday to Saturday) throughout the day starting from about 11am (earlier on busy days). If you give us a business address to deliver to, we will deliver it by 5pm. If you give us a residential address, we will deliver throughout the day and usually before 6:00pm (except during busy periods when it can be as late as 8pm).
When placing your order, please provide an address where there will be someone to receive the bouquet throughout the day. If there is no one to receive the bouquet, a re-delivery fee will be charged.
Do you deliver on the weekends?
We are now open and delivering on Saturdays. We do not deliver on Sundays, except on special occasions such as Mother's Day. We also sometimes do wedding orders on Sundays (but this requires prior two weeks booking and confirmation). Reason we don't work on Sundays is we don't want to upset our Bouquet artists and overwork them! A days rest is good for the soul! They like to go out, play, shop & date like everyone else!
Do you use perservatives in your fruit?
Nope! Absolutely not! We hate the stuff! All our fruits are 100% fresh and natural and always will be.
Because we believe we are doing the right thing by not using perservatives, your fresh berry bouquet is best consumed on the day of delivery.
How long can I keep my bouquet for?
All berry bouquets are made fresh on the day they are delivered. All fruits are hand picked and carefully washed prior to making your bouquet. Your fresh berry bouquet is best consumed on the day of delivery. If you wish to keep any of the fruit overnight, the fruit should be removed from the skewers and placed into an air tight container. This can then be stored in the fridge.
How should I look after my bouquet?
Your bouquet is made from fresh fruits and should be kept in the fridge if not consumed immediately. If you wish to keep any of the fruit overnight, the fruit should be removed from the skewers and placed into an air tight container. This can then be stored in the fridge.
